The meeting was not able to be officially held due to lack of a quorum. Instead the opportunity was taken to provide interim updates, since it was the last meeting of 2025.

Updates provided included:

• Veteran's Day celebrations
• Alexander Chavez's Eagle Project dedication ceremony
• Veteran's Day at Tripp Middle School
